TR Hydraulics Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for customers in Canada, the United States, and Mexico. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A prepaid shipping label is available upon request (the cost will be deducted from your refund), or you may use your own courier.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or special-order products
• Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards or sale items

EU Customers

If your order was shipped to a country in the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.
