O-Ring Face Seal (ORFS) – FS4000 Series
Our FS4000 Series O-rings are designed for O-Ring Face Seal (ORFS) hydraulic fittings manufactured to SAE J1453 dimensions. The O-ring sits in the face of the male fitting and compresses against the flat mating surface to create a reliable hydraulic seal. Available in sizes 04 through 24.

O-Ring Boss (ORB) – 4000 Series
Our 4000 Series O-rings are designed for SAE O-Ring Boss (ORB) connections manufactured to SAE J1926 dimensions. ORB connections use a straight thread for the mechanical connection while the O-ring provides the hydraulic seal between the fitting and port. Available in sizes 04 through 24.

Code 61 & Code 62 Flange O-Rings – 4005 Series
Our 4005 Series O-rings are designed for SAE Code 61 and Code 62 hydraulic flange connections using SAE J518 flange dimensions. The O-ring fits into the flange groove and creates the hydraulic seal between the mating flange surfaces. Available in sizes 08 through 32.

Buna-N / NBR Nitrile O-Rings
Our hydraulic O-rings are manufactured from Buna-N, also known as NBR or nitrile rubber. They have a hardness of 90 durometer and a temperature range of -40°C to 121°C (-40°F to 250°F), making them well suited for use with common petroleum-based hydraulic fluids.
